Benefit Navigation Clinic

Receive assistance applying for numerous state and federal benefits.

Every Wednesday from 9am-1pm clients will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bring the following documents with you:

  • Photo ID or birth certificate
  • Social Security numbers or LPR card
  • Proof of income (30 days of pay stubs, government award letter, unemployment verification)
  • Proof of expense (i.e., utility bills, phone bill, medical, child support, rental receipt/lease)
  • Proof of any financial aid

Call the statewide, multilingual Hunger Free Hotline toll-free at (855) 855-4626, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., to find out if you qualify for any federal nutrition assistance program and how to apply. All calls are kept confidential and it is open to all individuals, regardless of legal status.

Their food assistance navigators can screen for potential SNAP eligibility, provide tailored assistance in applying for SNAP, answers specific questions regarding the SNAP application, prepare you for the next steps in the SNAP interview process and answer questions about the re-certification process. They can answer any question that you may have about SNAP in Colorado.
