Staff
Tammy Mulligan, B.A. – DenUM’s Executive Director came to DenUM with 12 years of human service experience in Denver and Baltimore. Tammy currently serves as President of the Community Shares board. She is a graduate of Metropolitan State College of Denver, with a degree in journalism.
William Lewis, B.M. - William came to DenUM after eight years as a long term care patient evaluator. As the Program Director he guides all program activity of the agency, supervises program staff, and develops and evaluates service provision. William holds a Bachelor of Music in Sacred Music from Centenary College of Louisiana and serves as Organist/Choirmaster at The Church of the Holy Redeemer (Episcopal) in Denver's City Park West neighborhood.
Amanda Barrett, M.N.M. - Community Relations Director As a 2004 graduate of Creighton University, Amanda joined the Urban Servant Corps and served as a full-time volunteer at DenUM for one year before joining the staff in 2005. She recently completed her masters in Nonprofit Management at Regis University. Amanda serves on the Urban Servant Corps board.
Ashlye Tenner - Operations Manager a Texas native, comes to DenUM with 8 years of office management experience and 5 years of bookkeeping experience. Ashlye is the proud mother of a son and a daughter, and is an active volunteer in Denver’s homeless and non-profit community.
Caroline Schultz, B.A. - Urban Education Coordinator Caroline moved to Denver from Iowa, where she graduated with degrees in International Studies and Women's Studies from the University of Iowa. She joined the DenUM staff in 2007 as an Urban Servant Corps volunteer before being hired on as permanent staff.
Chantel Reed, B.A. - Case Manager Chantel is a native of Denver, where she completed her bachelor's degree at Colorado State University with a dual major in sociology and liberal arts, concentrating in ethnic studies. She volunteers locally and abroad as a member of the public service sorority Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Devin Bulger, B.A. – Case Manager Originally from Greenwich, New York, Devin joined DenUM as a full-time volunteer through the Colorado Vincentian Volunteers. He previously worked for the Center for Community Service and Justice at Loyola College, Maryland, where he obtained his degree in Business Administration with a minor in Writing.
Holly Pierson, B.A. – Case Manager After obtaining her degree in Spanish and Third World Studies from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota, Holly came to DenUM as a full-time volunteer through the Urban Servant Corps program. She is from Plymouth, Minnesota and has participated in several short-term mission trips and has traveled to more than 13 countries.
Jennifer Stone - Donations Manager Jennifer joined the DenUM staff in 2006 after volunteering for almost two years. She is originally from Vermont and is the mother of two girls. Jennifer manages DenUM's food inventory and donations.
Kyle Mullica, B.S. – Case Manager A Colorado native with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver, Kyle became a DenUM staffperson in 2008. He volunteers with the Daniels Fund Scholar Advisory Council and has volunteered in South Africa and Mexico.
Paul Reimer, B.A. – Case Manager Paul has a long history of volunteering for nonprofit agencies, including work on the Hopi and Hoopa Indian Reservations. Having been a DenUM volunteer since 2008, Paul joined the staff in early 2009. Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre, with a Minor in music.
